TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. You understand that all of your Cash Gifts will always come directly to you. Integrity For All will NEVER receive your Cash Gifts. IFA does not receive ANY Cash Gifts belonging to members nor does IFA mail out ANY Cash Gifts to members. There is no refund to any participant (please make sure that you are committed to you own success and serious when joining IFA)

2. You understand your role as a team member does not constitute a partnership, or employer / employee relationship. We work together as a team, but each person is independent within this team structure. You will always have support as a team member, but you are free and independent in this program.

3. You agree not to make any claims regarding receiving Cash Gifts, unless you have proof of such claims.

4. There is no refund to any participant (please make sure that you are committed to you own success and serious when joining IFA). All gifts and the Admin fee are final.

5. We make no claims on how much money you will receive with our program. Your ability to receive Cash Gifts depends on a number of factors, including where and how (and how often) you advertise the program, and the motivation, ability and skills that you are willing to develop. Our program offers FREE Live Training to ALL members..  However; individual results will vary depending on the level of commitment to personal success.

6. We may terminate any membership deemed to be in breach of this agreement or otherwise found to be abusing or misusing the program, or harassing the other members or administrator in any way. This is UNEXCEPTABLE on any level. IFA strives to be an HONEST program, as well as a peaceful and pleasant experience for everyone. Team members and guest.

7. In the unlikely event that this program should ever terminate it's operations, it's creator, operators, employees, assigns and successors shall not be held liable for any loss whatsoever to our members or affiliates. The material contained within our members area, and made available to all new members upon joining, shall be deemed full and just consideration for their payment

8. Members caught spamming or otherwise causing harm to our program will have their accounts terminated. We will investigate all allegations before taking action

9. Sites and individuals involved with the following activities are NOT ELIGIBLE: selling, providing or linking to unlicensed content, pornography, warez, pirated software, hacking or spamming software, email address lists or harvesting software, or any materials endorsing violence, hatred, revenge, racism, victimization, or criminal activity.

10. All members must be at least 18 to participate. Any person under 18 will be terminated.

11. You agree to accept email updates regarding our program. We will never inundate you with emails or spam. We try to limit mailings to 2 a week. It is often less.
